From complexity, clarity.

Khaos is a small software studio in Thessaloniki. We build products that run real businesses, put AI to work inside them where it saves time, and keep improving them the more you use them.

Start a conversation

Every beginning looks like chaos.

Khaos is the Greek word for the space before things had a shape. Most companies have one of those somewhere: a spreadsheet twelve people depend on, a database nobody wants to touch, a question that takes three days to answer. That is where we like to start.

We are new, and we build products rather than one-off projects. You tell us what is slowing you down and we build a product that fixes it. Then we keep improving it. We treat every product like a living organism: it keeps evolving, learns from how it is used, and gets better over time.

Products we run.

Software teams use every day. We host it and keep improving it.

Education

enrolla

Your school's enrollment, without the paperwork. Parents apply online, you see every application in one place, sort children into classes and keep families informed from the same screen. Works just as well for nurseries, tutoring centres and language schools.

Operations

jobdesk

A shared board for everything that comes in. Each request, whether by email, phone or form, becomes a job with an owner, a stage and a history, so nobody has to ask twice where things stand.

Finance

Reconciliation, reporting and risk models, with every number traceable back to its source.

Retail

Stock, pricing and customer insight for teams that don't have a data department.

Public sector

Services citizens can complete in one sitting, built to accessibility standards and ready for scrutiny.

How a project runs.

  1. 1

    Listen

A few conversations with the people doing the work. We want to see the spreadsheet, not the org chart.

  2. 2

    Shape

Three or four weeks later you have something clickable. Real screens, real data, and cheap to throw away if we got it wrong.

  3. 3

    Build

We turn the prototype into a product your team uses every day. AI goes in where it saves time and stays out where it doesn't.

  4. 4

    Keep improving

You start using it. We watch how it is used, listen to your feedback, and ship improvements every few weeks. The product never freezes.

AI that does a job, not a demo.

Most AI projects stop at the demo. Ours go into the tools your staff already use: the inbox, the scheduling screen, the handheld scanner. Every suggestion says why it was made, and we measure whether it saved anyone time.

Common questions.

What does Khaos build?
Products that run the daily work of a business: enrollment for schools, request tracking for teams, scheduling, stock, reconciliation. Your staff open them every morning. We do not deliver reports or prototypes that end up on a shelf.
Do we get the source code?
No. You get a working product that we host, maintain and keep improving. It changes with the way you use it and with the feedback you give us, and it never stops getting updates.
Where are you based, and who do you work with?
In Thessaloniki, Greece. Our clients are in Greece and across Europe: schools, clinics, logistics firms, finance teams, retailers and public bodies.
How do you use AI?
Only where it saves someone time: drafting, sorting, forecasting, answering. Every suggestion shows how it got there, your data stays with you, and we check whether it helped.
How long until we can use something?
Three to four weeks for a first working version you can click through with real data. After that we release improvements every few weeks for as long as you use the product.

Tell us what's slowing you down.

A few lines are enough. A person reads every message and replies within two working days.
